For more than four decades, I have led in churches, public service, and complex organizational environments — guiding teams through growth, reform, and seasons of pressure. I have seen what urgency does to leaders. And I have seen what intentional growth does for them.
Across ministry, legislative service, and executive leadership in statewide and nationally recognized criminal justice reform efforts, I have worked within systems where clarity, discipline, and conviction were not optional.
Over the years, I have learned that:

• Influence demands accountability.
• Character sustains leadership over time.
